1. Status and Independence
ExoDB is an independently developed, unofficial Hotel Hideaway comparison service. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, approved by or endorsed by PocketzWorld Inc. (doing business as Pocket Worlds), Pocket Worlds Oy, or their affiliated entities.
ExoDB is developed and maintained by FLK and is provided free of charge for informational purposes.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights in Hotel Hideaway and related third-party content, including artwork, characters, names, logos and trademarks, remain vested in their respective owners and licensors. ExoDB claims no ownership of such content. References to or display of third-party content do not imply authorisation, sponsorship or endorsement.
The official Hotel Hideaway Fansite Way sets out the publisher’s conditions for fansite content.
3. Information Sources and Valuations
Offer information is obtained from the public Hotel Hideaway shop and reviewed records. Current shop listings use United States prices in US dollars. Prices, availability and purchase eligibility may vary by region and account. Archived records identify the date on which an offer was first saved and do not establish its current availability.
Retail valuations are estimates derived from Hotel Shop bulk prices. Personal valuations additionally reflect the selected diamond preference. These estimates have no cash-redemption value and do not constitute a guarantee of savings, availability or rewards.
4. Third-Party Purchases
ExoDB does not sell virtual items, accept payments, place orders or request game-account credentials. Purchases and related account support are provided by the official shop and game provider. Final prices, purchase limits and bonus eligibility must be verified at the official checkout.
Real-money transactions remain subject to the Hotel Hideaway Terms of Service, which restrict such transactions to users aged 18 or over. The limitations applicable to ExoDB are set out in its Terms of Service.
