1. Scope and Purpose
These Terms apply to public access to and use of ExoDB. The service is provided free of charge for offer comparison, access to archived records and purchase-planning estimates. ExoDB does not sell virtual items, process payments, place orders or provide official game-account support. Public access does not require registration.
2. Information and Accuracy
The service and its content are provided for informational purposes on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no representation or warranty is made as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, availability or reliability of offer information, reward quantities, valuations, historical scores or purchase plans.
Calculations are estimates based on published information, configured reward values and user-selected preferences. They do not establish a cash-redemption value or guarantee any saving or reward. Current shop listings use United States prices in US dollars. Archived offers may no longer be available.
3. Purchases and Eligibility
Users are responsible for verifying final prices, currency, purchase limits, account eligibility and bonus conditions in the official shop before completing a purchase. Purchase plans depend on the rules and assumptions stated by the calculator. The official checkout determines the applicable price, eligibility and rewards.
Purchases are governed by the official seller’s terms. The Hotel Hideaway Terms of Service restrict real-money transactions to users aged 18 or over.
4. Independence and Intellectual Property
ExoDB is an independently developed, unofficial Hotel Hideaway comparison service. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, approved by or endorsed by PocketzWorld Inc. (doing business as Pocket Worlds), Pocket Worlds Oy, or their affiliated entities.
All rights in Hotel Hideaway and related third-party content, including artwork, characters, names, logos and trademarks, remain vested in their respective owners and licensors. ExoDB claims no ownership of such content. References to or display of third-party content do not imply authorisation, sponsorship or endorsement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ExoDB accepts no liability for any loss, cost or damage arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unavailable information, calculation errors, service interruptions, or reliance on the service and its results. This includes decisions concerning third-party purchases, offer value, checkout arrangements or anticipated bonuses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restricts mandatory rights available under applicable law.
6. Privacy and External Services
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe information handling on the public website. External websites and services are subject to their own terms and policies. ExoDB does not control their availability, content or practices.
7. Amendments and Enquiries
